In response to the current COVID-19 global situation, we continue to take precautions and maintain preventative measures in our business practices.

Here are some FAQs we regularly receive from our clients with respect to how we are operating during COVID-19:

Yes, it is business-as-usual for international moves from Australia, and domestic moves within Australia.

Until the travel ban is lifted we are unable to perform moves for clients returning to Australia unless you are an Australian citizen, permanent resident or fall under one of the categories on the Home Affairs website at https://covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au/coming-australia. Any changes to our situation will continue to be updated on our website.

  • Depending on the current covid-19 state government guidelines, we may decide to conduct the initial removals consultation via phone and/or email, instead of on-site at your home.
  • We may ask you a few health-related questions prior to conducting an on-site survey at your home or the actual move.
  • Our crew will be required to maintain social distancing of 1.5 metres from our clients during a move and ask for our client’s cooperation to keep the number of attendees on-site to a minimum.
  • We may ask our clients to sign paperwork with their own pen.

Unfortunately, we cannot pick up or deliver your household goods during your self-isolation period. We are happy to reschedule the pick-up/delivery to a date after the period of self-isolation is over.

We can assist you with both, but just be sure to let us know as soon as possible.

Although we cannot control certain conditions that may negatively impact on the removals industry, such as the tightening of government restrictions, the reduction, cancellation or delay of international freight, we will do our best to perform your move as scheduled, while communicating changes required, if any, to meet the most current situation.
