New Wave collects personal information on our website users when they contact us via the Contact tab or Enquiry buttons page located on the website.
New Wave also collects non-personal information relating to which sections of the site are most frequently visited, how often and for how long, via Google Analytics. This information does not identify individual users and is only examined to see how New Wave’s website is being used.

The personal information collected via the Contact tab or Enquiry buttons is primarily used by New Wave to contact those customers.
The non-personal information collected via Google Analytics is used to improve the efficiency of the website.

New Wave does not provide an individual’s personal information to any third parties except:
- when this information shall be used to fulfil the services for which customers have booked, or,
- when consent has been obtained from that individual, or,
- when disclosure is required by law or regulation.

Unless you contact us via the Contact tab or Enquiry buttons located on the website, New Wave does not collect your personal information.
